Frequently asked questions.

What are the lessons like?
Private online lessons on Google Meet, 1 hour long (or 1.5 hours in the intensive pack). You speak from the first minute and we work on what you need: conversation, grammar, an exam or Spanish for work.
What level do I need?
None: I teach from A1 to C2. If you don’t know your level, take the level test (10 minutes) or we’ll work it out together in the trial lesson.
How and when do I pay?
In advance, packs included, by PayPal, Revolut or bank transfer. I send you the payment details on WhatsApp.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Yes, up to 5 minutes before: just let me know and we set another one. If you don’t tell me, the lesson counts as taken.
Do the packs expire?
No. You spread the hours however you like, with no minimum or maximum.
What if I change my mind?
I refund what you haven’t used. Lessons already taken are charged at the single-lesson price (13 €). For example: 6-hour pack (70 €) and 2 lessons taken (26 €) → I refund 44 €.
Can I start on Preply?
Of course. If you prefer, we can start with lessons through my Preply profile.
